These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Miles & Mapped (the “Site,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our AI Road Trip Planner tool. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or submit information (such as your email address) through this Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. The Trip Planner Tool
Our AI Road Trip Planner generates suggested routes, stops, and itineraries based on information you provide (such as start/end locations, trip length, and preferences) combined with routing data and curated location data. Generated itineraries are recommendations only. We do not guarantee that any generated route, stop, distance, driving time, or cost estimate is accurate, current, or suitable for your specific trip. 3. Accounts
If we offer account creation (e.g., to save trips), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [YOUR CONTACT EMAIL] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or connected systems;
- Scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract data from the Site without our prior written consent;
- Submit false, misleading, or malicious input to the trip planner tool with intent to abuse the service;
- Use automated means (bots, scripts) to access the Site in a manner that sends more request traffic than a human could reasonably produce.
5. Intellectual Property
The Site’s design, branding, logo, original written content, and underlying software are owned by Miles & Mapped or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share content from the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, or exploit Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
6. User-Submitted Content
If the Site allows you to submit content (e.g., saved trip names, comments, or feedback), you retain ownership of what you submit, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and store that content as necessary to operate and improve the Site. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content you provide.
7. Third-Party Links and Affiliate Relationships
The Site may link to third-party websites, booking platforms, and service providers, some of which are affiliate partners from whom we may earn a commission (see our Disclaimer). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, services, availability, pricing, or policies. Any transaction you enter into with a third party is solely between you and that third party.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miles & Mapped and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site, including reliance on any route, itinerary, cost estimate, or other information provided through the Site.
